I am a certified chef with over 20 years of culinary experience and a proud native of Louisiana. I am a culinary graduate of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) and a recipient of the Laurence Rua Scholarship through Sodexo Live!, where I completed immersive culinary training in Paris, France, at Lenôtre.
My professional experience includes an externship at the Four Seasons, as well as culinary and pastry internships at the National WWII Museum and the New Orleans Convention Center. These roles allowed me to refine my skills across high-volume production, fine dining execution, and refined pastry techniques.
In addition to my culinary training, I am a certified bartender and hold certifications in hospitality management and restaurant ownership, bringing a strong operational understanding of food service beyond the kitchen.
My cooking style is diverse and versatile, blending classic French technique, Southern and Creole influences, modern brunch concepts, and elevated comfort food. I am passionate about creating memorable dining experiences rooted in culture, flavor, and thoughtful presentation.

Tender roasted rainbow carrots glazed lightly with honey and thyme, layered over mixed baby greens and shaved fennel. Finished with fresh citrus segments, toasted pistachios, creamy whipped goat cheese, and a bright champagne vinaigrette.
Tender lamb chops crusted with fresh herbs and garlic, pan-seared to a perfect medium and finished with a light red-wine jus. Served over creamy polenta with roasted seasonal vegetables.
Warm, moist shortcake layered with brown butter, whipped cream, and fresh seasonal berries, finished with a light honey drizzle and powdered sugar.

Carrot and pomegranate hummus is a creative twist on traditional hummus that blends smooth chickpeas with roasted carrots for natural sweetness and a velvety texture, finished with bright pomegranate notes for a touch of acidity and freshness. The combination adds vibrant color, subtle sweetness, and a refined balance of flavors, making it both playful and upscale. It pairs beautifully with warm pita, fresh vegetables, or as a spread for toast and brunch boards
